Customix gives you several ways to get help without leaving the app: video tutorials, a live chat with our support team, a call with the Customix team, and free setup help where we build your products for you.
Help from any Customix page
When you open Customix from your Shopify admin, four buttons sit at the top of every Customix page:
- Help center: Opens this help center.
- YouTube tutorials: Opens our YouTube channel with step-by-step videos.
- Book a call: Opens our booking page so you can pick a time for a call, for example a demo or a setup session.
- Get Support: Opens the live chat with our support team.
You can also open the live chat any time from the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
Tutorial videos on the Home page
The Tutorial videos section on the Home page has short videos such as Quickstart and Text Personalization. Click View all tutorials to see the full list.
Let our team set it up for you
Not sure where to start, or short on time? On the Home page, find Need our team to set it up for you? and click Get setup help. Tell us what you want to sell and our team will set up your products and personalization options. Basic setup is free.
The Support & Documentation section below it also links to the live chat (Contact support) and this help center (Documentation).
Help inside the option set editor
While you're building an option set, click the ? icon in the top right corner of the editor:
- Watch tutorial: Opens the Quick guide to the set editor.
- I need help: Opens the live chat so you can ask about the option set you're working on.
You can also click Chat with us in the tip below the canvas.
The Quick guide to the set editor
The Quick guide has a short video for each key topic: Text personalization, Photo upload personalization, Print area and Change preview by variant. Click a topic on the right to switch videos.
- Got it: Closes the guide for now.
- Don't show again: Stops the guide from opening on its own. You can still open it from ? > Watch tutorial.
