How do I install Customix?+

Is Customix compatible with my Shopify theme?+
Yes. Customix works with every Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn, Impulse, Prestige, Symmetry, and custom builds. If you're on a legacy theme, our team will help you upgrade for free.
Where can I see customer customization details?+
Each order in your Shopify admin includes a "Customix" line-item property with a link to the full preview, asset bundle, and print-ready files. You can also export the lot as a CSV.
Can I try Customix before subscribing?+

How is the transaction fee calculated?+
The Free and Starter plans are flat monthly rates with no transaction fees. Pro includes 350 free orders per month and adds $0.30 per order beyond that. Elite includes 700 free orders per month and adds $0.15 per order beyond that.
Do AI effects cost extra?+
AI image effects are included at no extra cost on the Pro plan and above. There are no additional fees to use them.
