6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or under our stated refund policy. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge and accept responsibility for any applicable taxes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customix may suspend or restrict the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Customix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Customix may immediately suspend or end access in case of a Terms violation. Sections governing liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

Material updates to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Customix after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Customix is incorporated.
