A Frequently Bought Together offer shows related products under a product on your storefront and gives a discount when customers buy them together, for example a matching mug with a personalized sweatshirt. It's a simple way to raise your average order value.

Step 1: Open Offers

Go to Option sets and click Offers in the top right. The list shows each offer's Status (Active or Draft), Type, Discount and the number of Products. Click Add offer to create one, or click an offer to edit it.

  • Offer name: An internal name you'll recognize. Customers don't see it.
  • Trigger products: Click Browse and pick the products that show the offer.
  • Discounted products: Click Browse and pick the products suggested with them. Drag to reorder.
  • Status: Set to Active to show the offer, or Draft to keep it hidden.

  • Discount type: Choose how the discount works, for example Fixed amount.
  • Discount value: How much customers save.
  • Min products to apply the discount: Leave empty if there's no minimum.
