Customers' uploaded photos can be processed with effects such as Remove background, Face cutout and Sketch. In Settings > Services, choose which service powers each effect.

Available services

  • Remove background: Customix (built in), Remove.bg, Removal.ai or Cutout.pro.
  • Face cutout: Customix or Cutout.pro.
  • Sketch: Customix, and other services listed on the page.

Customix works without any setup. To use a third-party service, choose it and add its API key when asked.

Use an effect

Effects are added per option. Open an Upload photo option, go to Filters & effects, and click Add Effect. See Upload Photo Option.
