Every order that includes a personalized product appears in Apps > Customix Personalizer > Orders, with the customer's choices and the print files Customix created.
Order details
Click an order to open it. For each personalized item you'll see:
- Option Set: The option set the customer used.
- Fulfillment: The print provider linked to the product, if any.
- Print files: One file per print area (for example front, back and sleeves). Click Download to save a file.
- Customizations: What the customer entered, such as names and uploaded photos.
- Edit: Correct the customer's personalization if they ask for a change.
The Customer panel on the right shows who placed the order and from which device.
Send an order to your print provider
If the product comes from a connected print provider, click Request fulfillment at the top of the order. Customix sends the order and its print files to the provider.
The Timeline at the bottom records each step, for example Order created and Sent fulfill order request to Printify. If a request fails, click View message to see why.
Export orders
Click Export at the top of an order to download its details. To match the file format a provider expects, set up CSV export templates in Settings > Export. Each provider has a standard template; click Add template to create your own.
