POD products are blank products from print-on-demand providers such as Printify, Printful or Gelato. Importing one brings in its print areas, sizes, mockups and variants, so you can personalize it with an option set and send orders straight to the provider. Open Apps > Customix Personalizer > POD products.
Step 1: Open the catalog
Click Import. Providers you've connected are listed under Connected; the rest are under Not connected.
Step 2: Pick a product
Click a provider to browse its catalog, or use Search catalog to find a product by name. Click a product to open it.
Step 3: Review the product base
- Name: The product name in your store.
- Print areas: The printable areas and their sizes in pixels, set by the provider.
- Previews: Tick the mockups to use, or click + to add your own.
Step 4: Set options, variants and prices
- Options: Click Edit options to choose, for example, the print provider, colors and sizes to sell.
- Variants: Set your selling price for each variant. Use Group by to edit prices by size or color.
Click Save to add the product.
