Date Picker Option

Let customers pick a date, and optionally show it as formatted text on the design.

The Date picker option adds a calendar field so customers can pick a date, such as a wedding day, a birthday or a delivery date.

To add it, click Add option, choose Date picker under Form Elements, and click Add.

Content

Label and Help text: The title and guidance shown with the calendar field.
Default date: The date selected when the page loads.
Date text format: How the date is written when a text option shares this option's Global ID, so the chosen date also appears as text on the design. Use the tokens MM, DD, YY, YYYY, MMM (Jan) and MMMM (January), and wrap fixed words in brackets, for example `[BORN ON] MMMM DD, YYYY`.
Required: Customers must pick a date before they can add the product to cart.
