Conditions let an option appear or disappear based on what the customer chooses in another option. For example, show a "Sleeve name" field only when the customer ticks Add a name on the sleeve. This keeps your product page short and only asks for what's needed.

Step 1: Add the option that controls the rule

First add the option customers will interact with, for example a Checkbox labelled "Add a name on the sleeve". You'll find it under Add option > Form Elements.

Step 2: Open Condition on the option to show or hide

Select the option that should appear or disappear (here, Your name), scroll to the bottom of its settings, and open Condition. By default it says Always shown to buyers. Click Add rule.

Step 3: Set up the rule

  • When: Choose the option that controls the rule, for example Add a name on the sleeve.
  • Choose the value that triggers it. For a checkbox, pick On or Off.
  • When the rules match: Choose Show to show the option when the rule matches, or Hide to hide it.

A summary at the top, such as Shown only when Add a name on the sleeve is on, tells you what will happen.

Click Add rule to add more rules to the same option.

Step 4: Test it in the editor

The form on the right works like your product page. Tick or untick the controlling option to check that the other option appears and disappears as expected, then click Save.
