The Moon phase option shows the moon as it looked on a date the customer chooses, from new moon to full moon. Pair it with a name and date for anniversary, birth or memorial gifts.

To add it, click Add option, choose Moon phase under Maps & Astronomy, and click Add.

  • Label and Help text: The title and guidance shown with the date picker.
  • Date text format: How the date is written when a text option shares this option's Global ID. Uses the same tokens as the Star map, for example `MMMM DD, YYYY`.
  • Required: Customers must pick a date before they can add the product to cart.

Content

  • Date: The date the moon shows before the customer picks one.
  • Moon image set: Use the Customix built-in set of moon images, or choose Upload your own set to match your design style.

Transform and Condition

Transform sets the exact size, position and rotation on the canvas. Condition shows or hides the option based on another choice; see Show or Hide Options with Conditions.
