The Upload file option lets customers attach files to their order, for example a reference photo, a logo in its original format or a document. Files are saved with the order only: they don't appear on the design. To put a customer's photo on the product, use Upload photo instead.
To add it, click Add option, choose Upload file under Form Elements, and click Add.

- Label and Help text: The title and guidance shown with the upload button.
- Accepted file types: Which files customers can attach, for example All files (any extension).
- Max number of files: From 1 to 10 files, up to 20 MB each.
- Note: Text shown under the upload button on your storefront.
- Required: Customers must attach a file before they can add the product to cart.
